Our Service relies on third-party APIs (including Meta's Graph API). We are not responsible for the availability, uptime, or policies of these third-party services. If a third-party platform revokes our access or changes its terms, certain features of CHAOS Control AI may become unavailable without notice.
CHAOS Control AI is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon providing reasonable notice.
In no event shall CHAOS Control AI, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms or the terms of any connected third-party platform.
